What we collect

• The Instagram username you claim, the email you give us, and the page theme you picked.
• The country your request came from, as reported by our host, Cloudflare. We don’t store your IP address.
• If you DM your code to @outreel.app on Instagram: your Instagram username, profile picture and the message you sent. We only read messages sent to our own account.

Why

• To hold outreel.link/yourname for you and confirm the Instagram account is yours.
• To email you when Outreel opens, with your free Instagram audit. You agreed to this with the tick box, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure how the site is used, using analytics tools. We may add cookies for this.

Where it lives

On Cloudflare’s servers. We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the services that run Outreel, such as our host and email provider.

How long

Unverified claims are deleted automatically after 72 hours. Verified claims are kept until you delete them or Outreel closes.

Delete your data

Use the delete form, or DM the word DELETE to @outreel.app on Instagram. We remove your claim, email and Instagram details straight away.
